100 + 1 years of KULI Hebezeuge - A cool appearance at the LogiMAT 2023

In the professional world of cranes and hoists, KULI has been a byword for quality since 1922 - made in Germany. This was underlined by the KULI Hebezeuge – Helmut Kempkes GmbH also at the "International Trade Show for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management" LogiMAT, which took place from April 25 to April 27, 2023 in Stuttgart. Customers and interested parties were enthusiastic about the new electric wire rope hoist with a load capacity of 10 t.

The novelty impresses with a robust design, low overall height, innovative technology and follows the proven KULI principles for durability and ease of maintenance. In addition, it can be used not only in new systems, but also flexibly in existing systems. The new electric wire rope hoist is offered as a short monorail trolley and can be used in a wide range of applications such as plant constructions, manufacturing, production facilities or workshops and is used both for completing daily tasks and for maintenance and repair works. The ease of maintenance and low operating costs shall particularly be highlighted.

The success of the KULI team is also based on its high in-house production depth, which is exceptional and unique in the industry. In addition to series products, individual technical solutions can also be realized at attractive prices. Here KULI is very flexible and able to deliver quickly, since all core components of the crane systems are manufactured in the form of a modular system in their own two plants in Remscheid.

In addition to the steel construction, this includes motors, planetary gears, rope drums, but also controls and cable systems for the power supply. The parts required, such as motor shafts, gearing or pinions, also come from our own production facilities in Remscheid.

KULI impressed with a cool trade fair appearance in two senses: KULI cranes can be found on every continent including Antarctica, but also ensure reduced power consumption and lower CO2 emissions with controls from the smartER series and energy recovery - this protects the climate and is cooler!
